Featuring 30 flats, it combines exclusivity with an industrial aesthetic, showcasing exposed concrete ceilings and statement lighting. The rooftop glass-bottomed swimming pool, suspended over a large atrium, creates a unique sense of openness and connection throughout the building.

boehm lynas partnered with Union Developments to deliver Warehaus, a bold residential development in Hackney that fuses industrial charm with contemporary living. The project features 30 modern flats and seven ground-floor duplex studio spaces, designed to reflect Hackney’s rich industrial heritage while embracing innovative urban design principles.
Central to the scheme is a striking glass-bottomed rooftop swimming pool, suspended over an open atrium, creating a dramatic sense of space and light throughout the development. A rooftop garden and thoughtful communal spaces further enhance the sense of community, making Warehaus a benchmark in high-quality, urban living.
